This is a collection of patches for Beatmania IIDX Red CS, Happy Sky CS, and Distorted CS that adds the green number to their Sudden+ modifier.
Released between 2006 and 2007 on the Sony Playstation 2, these three IIDX titles feature the Sudden+ modifier but lack a visible “green number”, preventing players from fine-tuning their preferred note visibility without the use of external tools.
With these patches the green number feature has been implemented, works on all game modes, and is fully hardware compatible.

FAQ
What do these patches change?
These patches implement the green number when using the Sudden+ modifier in their respective games. No other changes were made.
How do I apply these patches?
First, you must obtain a legitimate and unmodified copy of each game, then create an iso with your preferred disc copying tool. The games must match the following checksums:
Beatmania IIDX 11: IIDX Red
MD5: f329f883de48bca27b00c6bccf651be6
Beatmania IIDX 12: Happy Sky
MD5: d9b429bcc120cea14a5282112acd75f7
Beatmania IIDX 13: Distorted
MD5: 4357320bcb0933334496b2101c4ec49f
Once you have your verified images, apply the patch using your favourite Xdelta3 patching tool. If you use Windows, you can use a tool like Delta Patcher to patch your game images. Linux and Mac users should download Xdelta3 using their operating system’s package manager, and apply the patches using the command line like so:
xdelta3 -d -s path/to/2dx.iso path/to/patch.xdelta path/to/patched.iso
Xdelta3 failed to patch my game. What should I do?
If Xdelta3 reports a checksum mismatch, you do not have a clean copy of the Beatmania IIDX game in question. The patches can only be applied to a copy of the game that matches the above checksums. They can not be applied to an ISO that has previous modifications. Create a new ISO of your game and try again.
Does this patch work on original PS2 hardware?
Yes. The patches are 100% compatible with original Playstation 2 hardware. Once the game has been patched, it can be played on your original hardware using your preferred method of playing backed up games.
